Amazon has a 0% APR, no finance charges, no interest, no credit check or application payment option

Hello. My name is Victoria Jean and I wanted to let you know about Amazon's monthly payment option.

If you are familiar with HSN or have ordered something from them, then this monthly payment option is somewhat like that. Some people have said it was an Amazon credit card payment option, but take it from someone who has ordered many items from Amazon when I tell you that it is not a credit card payment option. You can use your credit or debit card to pay for the purchase but it is not a purchase that one would make using thieir own Amazon credit card. 

I have also seen them offer payment plans with 12 months and 24 months.  So far I have purchased Logitech C920x webcam, sofa, washing machine, Amazon kid's tablet, Echo dot, Fire TV Stick and Fire HD Tablet. 

I stared off with an Echo Dot first just to try out the service and when I paid it off, I tried for more items. I have had to return a couple of items, but they will refund you what you paid just like any return.

One thing I really like about the payment option is that I can pay off the product before the monthly payment time is up without any penalty.

How can you find products with the monthly payment option?
There really is not a section where you can just go and find the products that have the monthly payment option. You have to do a search for whatever products you are looking for and look for the monthly payment option on the search page or product description page. 

Make sure you are logged into your Amazon account.

  1. Does Amazon send you your product before it is paid off? Yes, they do. As soon as you make your first payment and your product is ready to ship, you will receive your product. 
  2. Is this a credit card? No, this is not a credit card at all. If you have shopped on HSN or QVC, it is similar to that. You buy something and then pay for it over time.
  3. Can I pay for the product in full before the last payment date? Yes, you sure can. You can pay off the product any time before the last payment month.
  4. How come I don't see any monthly payment options when I am on Amazon? Make sure you are logged in. The option may not be offered to you yet but continue to check from time to time. You can also look for an Amazon device and see if that option is on their product. I started first with an Echo Dot and then more products seemed to have opened up to me like mattresses, furniture and appliances.
  5. I saw the monyhly payment option earlier, but now I don't see it on the product that I wanted. What happened? Like prices on Amazon, things can change pretty quick so if you see the payment option, you may want to hop on it right away. There is no guarantee that it will be there later.
